দার্জিলিং গোল্ডকাপের অন্যতম সেরা মুহূর্ত!!

1981 সালের ফাইনাল মুখোমুখি মোহনবাগান-ইস্টবেঙ্গল

IFA দার্জিলিং গোল্ডকাপের মতোন ঐতিহ্যশালী টুর্নামেন্ট পরিচালনায় আবার উদ্যোগী হয়েছে, আজ আপনারা এমন একটি ঘটনা সম্পর্কে  জানতে চলেছেন যা উত্তরবঙ্গের ফুটবল প্রেমীদের কাছে অত্যন্ত স্মরণীয়, 1975 সালে শুরু হয় দার্জিলিং গোল্ডকাপ এবং প্রথম বার চ্যাম্পিয়ন হয় মোহনবাগান,

1981 গোল্ড কাপের ফাইনাল মুখোমুখি মোহনবাগান-ইস্টবেঙ্গল, 76' মিনিট পর্যন্ত 2-0 গোলে মোহনবাগান এগিয়ে থেকে 3-2 গোলে জয় ইস্টবেঙ্গলের, দুরন্ত পারফরম্যান্স করেন ইস্টবেঙ্গল সমর্থকদের নয়নের মনি  ভারতে খেলে যাওয়া সর্বকালের সেরা বিদেশি দের মধ্যে অন্যতম মাজিদ বিসকার, খেলা শেষে তিনি বলেন- 

“The supporters had lost all their hope as East Bengal was trailing 0-2 till the 76th minute. We scored three goals after that and turned the result on its head. That was the best match I had played for East Bengal,”
